1. Dodgeball TournamentThe annual Thanksgiving dodgeball tournament will be held tomorrow during periods 1 and 4 in the gym. 2. Backyard BrawlBackyard brawl results from Friday 11/22 are as follows: Although We did not come home with the trophy we placed second overall against Latrobe Norwin and Penn Trafford. For the girls placing first overall in the partner workout competition were Tara Perry and Ashley Baker. Placing second Leah Perry and Serena Slusarcyk. Placing first in the obstacle course Tara and Leah Perry. Placing second was Kiley Latshaw and Serena Slusarcyk. Taking first in both Broad jump and medicine ball toss was Serena Slusarcyk and Ty Cymmerman. Ashley baker won the handstand walk competition. LUNCH TALKAs reported by Yahoo: A 63-year-old man died from an infection after being licked by his dog. The man’s case, published in the European Journal of Case Reports in Internal Medicine, revealed that he had touched and was licked by his dog in the weeks prior to becoming ill. Doctors eventually discovered that the man had been infected with a bacteria known as Capnocytophaga canimorsus, which lives in the saliva of dogs and cats.
