Food BankStudents wishing to help out at the Derry Area Food Bank Distribution on Wednesday, March 18, from 8:30 until 11:15 can pick up permission forms from Mrs. Cramer in the Main Office. Students can only attend if they have a signed permission form turned in prior to the trip. Students assisting at the Food Bank will earn 2 ½ hours of community service for their work. Students are reminded that they must have ten full hours of community service documented in order to graduate. If you have any questions, please see Mr. McCleary. 3. Transfer FairNext week, all Juniors will be attending a Transfer Fair with WCCC. They will tour the school and discuss their future opportunities to follow their dreams. The campus has many student organizations and a lot of campus security. Hopefully, this outing helps students feel better informed and prepared for making their important decisions. Approximately 70 middle & high school students are involved in cast, crew and pit for Les Misérables, a multi-award-winning musical based on Victor Hugo’s novel. During the Paris student uprising of 1832, Javert must confront his ideals after Valjean spares his life and saves that of the student revolutionary who has captured the heart of Valjean's adopted daughter, Cosette.
